Due to high demand, orders may take up to 5 business days to process before shipment.
2. Shipping Costs & Methods
We offer two shipping options for your convenience:
Standard Shipping – €7.50 – Flat rate for standard delivery within Spain. Diosa Hair Extensions covers part of the postage to keep shipping affordable for you.
Faster Shipping – €25 – Choose this option for express delivery within Spain. This ensures quicker delivery and includes postage and handling costs.
3. Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Faster Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.
4. Order Accuracy
Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes or cancel it. Please confirm product details, hair type, color, and quantity carefully before checkout.
5. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, please choose carefully.
6. Shipping Address
Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses.
7. Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
8. International Orders & Shipping Responsibility
For orders outside of Spain, delivery may be subject to customs, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities. Once your package has been handed to the courier, we are unable to take responsibility for delays, losses, or damages that occur during international transit. We always use reliable shipping services and provide tracking so you can monitor your order.
Refunds & Returns Policy
